Manikonda is a residential and commercial district in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is a rapidly growing residential neighbourhood in Hyderabad’s West Zone. The presence of leading software company headquarters in the area, as well as Lanco Hills, a luxury Hi-rise residential project, and an upcoming Chitrapuri Colony residential layout for Telugu cinema workers, have all contributed to the growth of this suburb in recent years.

It is about 5 kilometres away from Golconda Fort and Qutub Shahi Tombs.
